How We Organise Recipes
Recipes are assigned to collections according to their main cooking purpose. A recipe may appear in more than one collection when each classification genuinely helps readers find it.
Cuisine, ingredient, cooking-method, dietary, and preparation-time filters will be introduced only when the underlying recipe information has been reviewed and applied consistently. We do not classify a recipe as belonging to a cuisine simply because a country name or regional term appears in its title.
