This layered Mimosa salad stacks tuna, onion, potato, carrot, egg and cheese with thin mayonnaise layers. Chill it before serving so the layers hold together, and keep the salad refrigerated throughout preparation. Boil potatoes and carrots until tender, about 20 minutes. Boil eggs 10 minutes. Cool, peel and grate separately. Drain tuna and flake with a fork. Rinse diced onion briefly in cold water if its flavor is very sharp. On a serving plate layer tuna, onion, grated potato, carrot and egg, spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise between layers. Top with grated cheese and dill. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
